This confidential adaptive reuse project reimagines a series of 125+ year-old brick masonry warehouse buildings as a 100-key boutique hotel destination that blends preserved industrial character with a contemporary European-inspired hospitality experience. Originally constructed in the early 1900s for industrial and warehouse use, the existing three-story structures are being repositioned into a highly curated hotel environment centered around gathering, entertainment, and immersive guest amenities.
The redevelopment introduces more than 100 guestrooms alongside a collection of hospitality-focused public spaces, including a restaurant and bar, lounge environments, library, fitness area, meeting rooms, and outdoor dining areas. At the center of the project, a dramatic multi-story atrium and connector bridge unify the previously separate warehouse buildings, creating a light-filled gathering space that serves as the social heart of the hotel. Expansive glazing, steel detailing, and layered materials reinforce the project’s industrial roots while establishing a refined European-inspired atmosphere throughout the guest experience.
The design approach carefully balances preservation and modernization by maintaining the buildings’ historic masonry, exposed structure, and industrial character while introducing contemporary architectural interventions, landscaped courtyard spaces, and modern hospitality infrastructure designed to support comfort, flexibility, and long-term performance within the revitalized environment.
