The East Coast Road mixed-use development covers an area of 96,308 square meters, and its master plan leverages its proximity to the coast. On the eastern, sea-facing side, there is a 5,345-square-meter serviced apartment complex and a five-star business hotel. The western, lagoon-facing side features a budget hotel and serviced apartments. The project provides 903 parking spaces and 1,091 motorcycle parking spaces. It also includes a range of facilities such as an eight-screen cinema, an outdoor plaza, a Chennai auditorium, and a Tamil museum.
The Chennai Auditorium, hotel, and shopping center form a unique architectural relationship. Located on an existing country road, the central plaza is enclosed by a 26,213-square-meter shopping center to the east and a 16,181-square-meter cinema to the west, creating the project’s focal point. The two focal points are connected by an arc-shaped road, providing a drop-off area for the hotel and serviced apartments.
