Located in historic Coral Gables, Florida, this 12-story, 250,000 SF class A office building responds its Mediterranean Revival style neighborhood. The tropical color scheme, red tile roof and ground floor arcade hearken back to the architecture of local legend Addison Mizner. The project is the initial phase of a planned mixed-use development and includes the office building, a parking structure and an existing bank office building. SRSS sited the new office tower and parking deck to create a mid-block courtyard which serves to link the three elements of the program. A classical arcade around the base of the building accommodates ground level retail space and the office building lobby. The site planning and architectural style seamlessly integrate the ensemble into the existing urban fabric.
