Silver Run Reserve is a 300-acre low-density mountain community in Cashiers centered around the Meadow House, a 6,000 SF clubhouse and amenity destination designed to anchor a 90-homesite residential development. Set within a natural meadow landscape, the project embraces a refined “modern barn” architectural language paired with naturalistic landscaping that reinforces and enhances the surrounding mountain environment.
Designed around a refined mountain lifestyle, the community features boutique lakes, extensive trail systems, and thoughtfully preserved green space woven throughout. And because it’s flanked by Nantahala National Forests and a Nature Conservancy, Silver Run’s stunning long-range views are protected forever.
The Meadow House serves as a central gathering place for residents and guests, featuring a bar and lounge, dining room, chef-inspired demonstration kitchen, wine storage, and flexible sales and meeting spaces. Expansive outdoor amenities include croquet lawns, event terraces, and multiple gathering areas organized around outdoor fireplaces, supporting year-round social engagement.
Adjacent to the clubhouse is a separate meadow pool complex with a dedicated pool house and changing facilities, further enhancing the community’s resort-style experience. The project team provided both master planning and architect-of-record services, carefully integrating architecture, amenities, and landscape into the site’s pastoral mountain setting.
