Chandra’s strength lies in the coordination of multidisciplinary projects while maintaining the client’s best interest in design and budget. Chandra has built and managed tenant development programs, as well as large scale, build-to-suit projects including office, industrial, healthcare, multifamily and institutional. She emphasizes quality and attention to detail from initial client contact to the final punch list.
