HP Enterprise engaged Smallwood to transform its Alpharetta workplace through a fast-track interior and experiential graphic design refresh. With only four weeks from authorization through installation, the team focused on improvements that could deliver immediate visual impact while working within the office’s existing architecture and neighborhood-based planning concept.
Smallwood developed a coordinated graphic system for the Ansley Park, Buckhead, Midtown, and Downtown workplace neighborhoods. Large-scale city and landscape murals bring color, energy, and a stronger sense of place to the open-office environment, while custom column graphics reinforce neighborhood identity and assist with orientation. New wall finishes, painted surfaces, and patterned glass film extend the visual language throughout conference rooms, circulation areas, and shared workspaces.
The graphics combine architectural photography, regional imagery, layered color, and bold typography to distinguish each neighborhood while maintaining a cohesive HP-branded environment. Smallwood worked closely with HP, the interior design team, and the graphics fabricator to coordinate existing conditions, materials, production artwork, field dimensions, and installation.
The completed refresh gives the workplace a brighter, more contemporary character and turns previously underutilized walls and columns into memorable environmental features, all delivered within HPE’s accelerated schedule.
