The expansion of East Lake Golf Club blends a contemporary addition with the character and tradition of the club’s historic early twentieth-century architecture. Designed to support one of the country’s most recognized golf destinations, the 24,652 SF project carefully integrates modern amenities and technology while preserving the timeless identity of the original clubhouse.
New interior spaces were designed to feel seamlessly connected to the historic structure, incorporating refined finishes, updated lighting, and modern infrastructure appropriate for a world-class hospitality and event venue. The project includes a new formal ballroom, expanded public gathering spaces, a warming kitchen, replacement of the Grill Room seating area, and expansion of the main basement kitchen to better support daily operations and large-scale events.
As the permanent home of the TOUR Championship presented by The Coca-Cola Company, the clubhouse serves as one of the iconic visual identities associated with the tournament and its international broadcast presence. The renovation and expansion reinforce the club’s historic legacy while elevating the experience for members, guests, and tournament visitors alike.
