The master plan’s program calls for a residents’ club, a beach club, a five-star resort with lagoon villas, a village square with retail and market, four branded high-class residences, a country club, a wellness resort, and four luxurious landed villa villages. The master plan carefully responds to the existing topography by minimizing the amount of earthwork to preserve the original landform, with meandering roads that enhance the mysterious journey to each and every destination.
