Arianna Leopard joined Smallwood as Director of Development and Strategy. A real estate economist, she leads the Firm’s business development and its real estate strategy work, advising clients on market demand, feasibility and concept positioning at the earliest stage of a project and providing owners, developers, investors, and other stakeholders with the tools needed for effective project planning. She has worked across boutique and resort hotels, mixed-use districts, and entertainment- and sports-anchored destinations, with recent consulting work in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Africa. Before Smallwood, she ran Leopard Advisers, her own consultancy, and held senior posts at HKS, Page Southerland Page and WATG. As a WELL Accredited Professional, she brings well-being and sustainability into the feasibility conversation, where they shape a project’s economics rather than its marketing.
