This master plan was created to renovate the existing Hilton Resort. The project covers an area of 11 hectares, located in Al Ain, with a total built-up area of approximately 68,632 square meters. The renovation plan for this resort was carefully designed to be implemented in three phases, ensuring that the operation of the main existing functions would not be disrupted.
The project features a central large lake, including a new 5-star Hilton Hotel with an area of 17,598 square meters and 150 guest rooms, a 19,012 square meter luxury serviced apartment complex with 200 units, 204 small vacation villas, a 3,432 square meter retail plaza, a 2,673 square meter spa facility, extensive landscaped areas, and a multi-level parking garage accommodating 984 vehicles.
