Incubating New Ideas at Georgia Tech

Project Details

Centergy at Technology Square is a mixed-use complex of Class “A” office and retail space on the north side of Fifth Street in the Midtown district of Atlanta. Adjacent to the Georgia Institute of Technology and across Fifth Street from Georgia Tech’s Technology Square campus, this award-winning project includes two office buildings, active street-level retail, generous public green space amenities, and a parking garage.

Centergy One

Centergy One is a 13-story, 520,000 SF office building whose major tenant is the Advanced Technology Development Center, “ATDC,” Georgia Tech’s nationally recognized high-tech incubator. ATDC supports the leading-edge research of various disciplines working independently to advance their research and houses incubator offices and research labs as well as meeting rooms, faculty offices, interactive break areas, and administrative offices.

Centergy at Technology Square offers an unprecedented opportunity for the research and technology leaders of the business world to work with direct access to one of our country’s leading research institutions. An eight-story parking garage connects to the two office buildings, and 55,000 SF of street-level retail space rounds out the first phase of this mixed-use development.

Georgia Electronic Design Center

The Georgia Electronic Design Center, a five-story, 210,000 SF office building, houses Yamacraw, an initiative resulting from the collaborative efforts of the State of Georgia, The Board of Regents of the State of Georgia, Georgia Tech, and The University Funding Foundation. The facility includes computer prototyping laboratories, meeting rooms, seminar rooms for training, and open office space with modular partitioning.
