Located at the prominent Georgia 400 gateway to the Buckhead business district, One Alliance Center is a twenty-story tower offering 580,000 SF of prime Class “A” office space. Designed as the initial phase of the 1.8 million SF mixed-use Alliance Center master plan, the architecture features a striking composition of rectangular and curvilinear forms, culminating in a sweeping crescent roof screen. This design establishes a unique and recognizable identity within the Buckhead skyline and along the Georgia 400 corridor. The exterior curtain wall system incorporates polished granite and unique banding highlights, enhancing the dynamic geometric composition.
At the ground level, the project includes a signature restaurant with outdoor seating and amenities that activate and enhance the base of the tower. Layered landscaping features separate these spaces from the noise of Lenox Road while maintaining visibility and a welcoming character. Upon entering the Alliance Center, an intimate urban plaza creates a warm and inviting pedestrian arrival experience. Ultra-clear glazing reveals the interior public spaces, where contemporary styling, classic materials, and impeccable detailing create a sophisticated and richly textured environment.
