The Master Plan includes a two-phase development approach. Phase I features 250 units of multifamily light frame construction, a 2-story, 44,000 SF Library, Office & Community Space Building, a 2-story, 34,000 SF Municipal Market Building, 22,500 SF across four commercial buildings, and a 5-story, 750-space parking deck. Common areas include a central greenspace, paved pedestrian walkways, and outdoor dining areas, fostering a sense of community and connectivity.
