Sheng Long Plaza

Sheng Long Plaza is a mixed-use project located in the commercial district of a high-speed rail station. The primary functions include a 375-room DoubleTree by Hilton and two identical serviced apartment towers. The entire project covers 20,043 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 160,000 square meters.

The DoubleTree by Hilton has a construction area of about 45,000 square meters, while each serviced apartment tower has a construction area of approximately 34,000 square meters. The hotel features guest rooms, dining facilities, recreational amenities, meeting spaces, a spa, and back-of-house areas. The hotel stands 60 meters tall, while the serviced apartment towers reach 100 meters. The three towers are connected by a four-story podium, which houses hotel facilities and retail spaces. The architectural design adopts a modern style, with full glass curtain walls and vertical elements to enhance the towers’ sleekness. The project also includes two basement levels for hotel back-of-house operations, mechanical rooms, and parking.
