Michael has served as Project Manager on a variety of project types located in the U.S. and overseas. During his more than twenty-five years of professional experience in the Office, Multifamily, Hospitality and Mixed-Use sectors, Michael has developed a wide range of skills essential to the collaborative nature of the design process. With strong planning skills and knowledge of construction, he addresses programmatic and technical demands with creativity and know-how. Michael brings energy and enthusiasm to the design team and uses his knowledge and experience to realize the client’s vision for the project.

As Project Manager, Michael is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project. In consultation with the Principal-in-Charge and Design Associate, he communicates the project’s design intent to the team. He coordinates the activities of internal staff and outside consultants, directs team meetings and monitors the schedule and quality of design and production documents. During the Construction Phase, he provides interpretation of the Contract Documents and coordinates the services provided by the Contract Administrator.
