Enhancing Employee Experience

The recently revamped IT Support Center at Chick-fil-A Headquarters in Atlanta represents a significant step forward in improving employee support services while revitalizing an underutilized area. Developed in collaboration with Smallwood and the IT and Creative teams at Chick-fil-A, this center sets a new standard for workplace support environments.

Welcoming Innovation

Upon entering the Support Center, visitors are greeted by a welcoming area adorned with a unique custom felt wall installation. This installation features a dimensional pattern reminiscent of computer circuits, echoing their linear flow and seamlessly blending technology and aesthetics.

Honoring Technological Evolution

At the heart of the Support Center is a captivating display wall showcasing Chick-fil-A’s technological evolution. This feature highlights a diverse range of devices, including old computers, phones, and PDAs, spanning decades of service within the company. These devices are artfully housed in floating box frames against a custom wallcovering that speaks the visual language of computer coding.

Meeting Critical Needs

One of the primary objectives of this project was to address the growing need for an accessible space where Chick-fil-A’s extensive workforce could receive immediate technology assistance. The Support Center not only fulfills this practical demand but does so with a creative and brand-centric approach, paying homage to Chick-fil-A’s history while embracing the future of technology.

Enhancing Employee Experience

By creating a space that seamlessly integrates functionality with design, Chick-fil-A has prioritized enhancing the overall employee experience. This innovative Support Center reflects the company’s commitment to providing top-notch support services while fostering a creative and forward-thinking work environment.
