The Commonwealth Games Village residential project is located on the eastern bank of the Yamuna River. Accessible via National Highway 24, it is near the renowned Akshardham Temple situated at the NOIDA junction. The project was planned to accommodate approximately 8,000 participants during the 2010 Commonwealth Games and was later sold as luxury residential apartments.
The master plan preserves the visual axis of the Akshardham Temple and other significant landmarks in the vicinity. Highly efficient residential units are arranged around a series of landscaped areas. These landscaped zones are designed as a series of delightful and vibrant spaces, enhancing the social environment for residents.
