This mixed-use development combines hospitality, workplace, retail, and convention functions within a large-scale urban campus designed to support business, travel, and community engagement. Developed as part of a 352,945 SM campus, the project integrates corporate office space, two hospitality brands, retail destinations, structured parking, and convention facilities into a cohesive environment that promotes connectivity and flexibility.
The hospitality component includes both a full-service hotel and select-service accommodations positioned to serve a diverse range of business and leisure travelers. Complementing the hotel offerings are convention and meeting facilities designed to support conferences, corporate events, and large-scale gatherings, creating a destination that extends beyond traditional workplace and hospitality functions.
Architecture and interior design were developed in tandem to create a seamless experience across the campus, balancing the distinct identities of the hospitality, office, and retail components while maintaining a unified design vision. The result is a dynamic mixed-use destination that supports business activity, hospitality, and everyday engagement within a single integrated development.
