Nanchang Redco International City

Nanchang, China

Mediterranean Style Concept

Nanchang Redco International City covers approximately 46 hectares, with a total construction area of about 850,000 square meters and a plot ratio of 1.85. The project is located in Nanchang’s Xianghu New City, bordered by Jinsha Second Road to the east, Chengyi Road to the west, Xianghu Road to the south, and the old course of the Fu River to the north.

This is a modern residential community consisting of mid-rise and high-rise apartment buildings. The commercial components include retail spaces, serviced apartments, and a clubhouse. The project also provides public facilities and amenities such as a primary school, kindergarten, indoor market, cultural center, and community service center.

The master plan utilizes the water system of the old Fu River to the north, channeling the river into the project to create an east-west internal waterway. The focal point of the project is a public plaza, surrounded by water features and retail shops. High-rise buildings are positioned in the north, facing the Fu River, with building heights gradually decreasing towards the south. All ground-level street-facing spaces are planned as commercial areas to enhance street activity.

The architectural design and planning are inspired by the California Spanish Mission style, incorporating environmental considerations to set a benchmark for international living standards in Nanchang. Each neighborhood features its own unique gardens and public spaces to distinguish it from others.
