This 142-key, 32,700 SM 5-Star Resort Hotel is located on a 50,811 SM steep site at the foothills of the Himalayas. The existing structures on-site and steep terrain configuration greatly influenced the design, which includes a main building with 136 keys. Included are All Day Dining, Lobby Lounge and Bar, and an extensive spa. There is a 750 SM banquet hall and associated meeting rooms along with large rooftop swimming pools and garden areas. The project also includes three stand-alone villas with private plunge pools, two-family villas, a specialty restaurant, and external terraced gardens.
