With over 20 years experience, Rhea brings innovative solutions and a passion for designing transformative learning environments that inspire students, empower educators, and strengthen communities. In her role as a Project Manager, Rhea is responsible for planning and overseeing project teams and schedules, while balancing design, budget, and Client’s needs and expectations. This includes regular collaboration with consultants, contractors, and owners to identify and resolve intricate design challenges. Rhea also actively collaborates with project teams to develop efficient design, documentation, and presentation strategies, utilizing advanced industry technologies.
