A Dynamic Hub Reimagined for the Modern Workplace

Located within a previously converted warehouse facility, this 29,573 SF renovation transforms an aging auditorium and office suite into a flexible environment that supports Chick-fil-A’s evolving workplace and event needs. The refreshed space offers a true “choice of place,” with destinations for gathering, learning, focus, and connection.

At its core is a new 7,500 SF flat-floor auditorium replacing the formerly tiered space. Designed as a state-of-the-art event space, it accommodates 300–520 guests and features a 60-foot LED display, advanced AV, reconfigurable furniture, and acoustic enhancements, allowing it to shift easily between meetings, trainings, and large events.

Reimagined pre-function areas provide breakout, collaboration, and daily-use zones, supported by modular glass fronts, integrated power, and varied seating—from booths and banquettes to high-tops and lounges. A new concierge point, coffee bar, and dedicated food service elevate the hospitality experience for staff and visitors.

Stewardship of budget and design intent guided every decision. Key architectural elements—such as the decorative metal screen between the pre-function area and main corridor—were preserved through strategic value-engineering and close coordination with fabricators. The team balanced performance, longevity, and cost when selecting the large-format display to ensure long-term value without compromising experience. Brand alignment with the main Chick-fil-A campus remained essential, with clean lines, layered materials, and refined detailing creating a cohesive, recognizable identity across the workplace.

Focus and phone rooms offer quiet balance to the active lounge and collaboration zones, while thoughtful acoustic, lighting, and furniture choices enhance comfort and flexibility. Completed through phased construction to maintain continuous operation, the project delivers a versatile, future-ready amenity space that strengthens community and supports events of all scales.
