Liberty Sky is a high-rise residential development located in Salt Lake City’s Downtown neighborhood. The first upscale, high-rise residential rental community in the metropolitan market, the project consists of a 21-story residential tower containing 272 rental units and a 4-level, 309-space parking deck adjacent.
The residential tower contains studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with open floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, and high-end finishes. The project’s amenities are located at the ground floor and roof level and include a Resident Lounge / Coffee Bar, Business Center, a fitness center, yoga studio, and Club Room with a catering kitchen overlooking a swimming pool and entertainment deck featuring an outdoor fireplace and cooking stations. Glass guardrails surrounding the deck permit unobstructed views of the cityscape and surrounding mountains.
