Inspired by the grand Art Deco building aesthetic, this dramatic 47-story residential tower is the signature building in the Atlantic Station mixed-use development. The Atlantic is one of the core structures of the award-winning brownfield development. It features 401 units ranging in size from 1,000 SF to 3,400 SF with spectacular views of the downtown and midtown Atlanta skylines.
The amenity deck features a stunning poolside terrace, stacked stone fireplace, full-size pool with hot tub, and gorgeous wooden trellis. This unique rooftop garden setting offers spectacular views of Midtown and the Downtown skyline.
